About Our Founder
Our very own UCG founder, the MEGA Star, Mr. Ponnudorey, founded United Champion Group Sdn Bhd in 2002. Within just two years, he became a successful Unit Manager (UM), ranking in the Top 5 UMs the following year. By 2007, he was promoted to Chief Agency Manager with a production exceeding RM1 million.
Four years ago, Mr. Ponnudorey's group annual production skyrocketed to RM7.5 million, and today he leads a Mega Agency at the young age of 36. He has been honored as the Top Recruiter with over 100 agents and the Top Direct Leader with RM4 million in First Year Premium (FYP) and Annual Production (AP).
His breakthrough came when he made a bold move from MCIS to AIA. In his very first year at AIA, he achieved a cumulative production of RM10 million, attributing this success to AIA’s supportive ecosystem: productive training, ELITE bonuses, strong payouts, MDRT opportunities, and more.
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Ponnudorey delivered yet another RM10 million in sales, further cementing his position as the leading Indian agency leader in Malaysia.
His journey continues to inspire hundreds of young leaders nationwide. He has built UCR as a place where individuals — even with no experience or background can transform their lives from zero to hero.
